Introduction -
Auctions for Christ is a California based fund raising organization which organizes Lowest Unique Bid Wins auctions, in a effort to raise money for various Christian organizations.
Registration -
Participants must be at least 18 years of age, and are required to sign up for an account with Auctions for Christ. Participants are required to provide accurate contact information such as email address, home address, and phone numbers. Failure to provide accurate information can result in the inability of Auctions for Christ to deliver a product to a valid winning bidder.
Auction Donations -
Each auction will have a specific amount that the valid winning bidder will be allowed to donate to the Christian Charity of his/her choice. Each auction will state the auction amount to be awarded when the auction closes.
Time Frames -
There are no time frames. Auctions will stay open until enough valid bids are received to close the auction. All auctions can be closed early at the sole discretion of Auctions for Christ. The sole remedy for a member for an auction that is closed early is a refund of the paid bid fees back to the members account.
Bid Fees -
Each Auction will require the bidder to pay a bid fee. Bid fees are determined before an auctions begins and will differ from auction to auction. The bid fees is used to pay administrations costs, product purchases, and auction donations. Members may purchase bid credits using their credit card in the "my account" section of the web site. Bid Credits are non refundable and must be used in a valid open auction. Once a bid is placed, the bid is final and may not be changed. We are not a registered 501(3)c non profit organization, therefore your bid fee is NOT tax deductable.
Odds of Winning -
The odds of winning any given auction are dependant on the maximum amount of bids allowed. For example, if the maximum allowed bids are 200 for one auction and 500 for another, the first auction would have odds of 1/200 and the second would have odds of 1/500.
Group Specific Auctions -
Group specific auctions are auctions that no matter who wins, the auction donation will go to that particular group.
Free Auction Credits -
Members may earn free auction credits by referring friends and having them participate in an auction, and by buying paid auction bid credits in large quantities. Free auction credits may only be used in free auctions.
Free Auctions -
Free auctions are auctions in which members may use their free bid credits. The valid winning bidder will not be required to pay the valid bid amount. The valid winning bidder will simply get the product, shipped free of charge of course!
About Products Auctioned Here -
It is understood and agreed by all that items auctioned here come directly from a manufacturer or other authorized dealer. Auctions for Christ does not warranty any item. All items, including vehicles, are subject to the manufacturers warranty. All claims for damages during shipment must be handled through the shipping carrier and the manufacturer/authorized dealer. Some items may require the valid winning bidder to purchase direct from the manufacturer (to meet certain sign-up obligations etc.) and then be reimbursed by Auctions for Christ. Other auctions are for services and have geographical restrictions. Anyone bidding on such a service from outside the geographical location stated in the auction may not be able to collect the service in the event he or she wins. Their bid fee will be considered a donation, and the next lowest valid winning bidder will be given a chance to purchase the service for the valid winning bid amount; and so on. Some items may become unavailable from the manufacturer by the time the auction closes. In the event an item becomes unavailable from the manufacturer or authorized dealer for any reason, the valid winning bidder will be offered the FULL cash equivalent or a like item of equal value.
Vehicles -
Auctions for vehicles are for the MSRP of the vehicle only. The valid winning bidder will be responsible for sales tax, license fees, doc fees, destinations charges, and any other dealer options etc. Additionally the valid winning bidder is responsible for meeting all legal requirements for purchasing a vehicle in the given state the vehicle is won. Auctions for Christ will pay the selected dealer an amount equal to the stated MSRP only. Any cost difference will be the valid winning bidders responsibility.
Shipping -
All products that can be shipped via UPS ground or similar method are shipped FREE of charge. Vehicles and other similar items that are unable to be shipped by conventional methods will be required to be will called by the winning valid bidder.
Cash Option -
All auctions offer an 80% pre paid credit card option. Example: Auction MSRP value $1000; pre-paid credit card option $800.
Taxes -
Winning valid bidders are responsible for income taxes on any cash prizes they receive. Winning bidders are also responsible sales tax on any items they receive. Winning bidders may be required to submit their social security number as a condition of receiving a price, cash or otherwise (for IRS tax reporting purposes).

Fraud and Tampering -
AUCTIONS FOR CHRIST, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WILL CANCEL ALL BIDS ON ANY AUCTION THAT IT SUSPECTS FRAUD AND/OR TAMPERING/MANIPULATION HAS OCCURRED. AUCTIONS FOR CHRIST WILL VERIFY EACH AUCTION BEFORE ANY PRIZES ARE AWARDED. THE SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY AUCTION THAT HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR ANY REASON IS A REFUND OF BID CREDITS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
