Auctions for Christ is an internet based company, providing consumers with new products at up to 98% off MSRP while at the same time raising money for various Christian Organizations.
Is this a traditional auction?
No, this is a Lowest Unique Bid wins auction. All auctions have a limited amount of bids that will be accepted. Thereby giving you excellent odds of winning great prizes.
What is a Lowest Unique Bid?
A Lowest Unique Bid is a bid that has not been duplicated and is lower than any other unduplicated bid. A duplicate bid is where another participant in the same auction has bid an identical amount as another participant.
FOR EXAMPLE:
bid #1 ..... $4.35 ..... Not Unique
bid #2 ..... $4.35 ..... Not Unique
bid #3 ..... $5.12 ..... Unique, but not the lowest
bid #4 ..... $5.10 ..... Unique and the lowest - WINNER!
What's the catch?
Each bid will require a bid fee. The bid fee varies from auction to auction, and is determined before the auction begins. Each auction receiving the required amount of valid bids to be closed successfully will result in a donation to the Christian Organization of the valid winning bidders choice.
What happens if an auction closes without a Lowest Unique Bid?
The person who FIRST submitted the valid lowest bid will be offered the item/service at the valid lowest bid amount.
How many times can I bid?
You may bid as many times as you want, up to the maximum amount of allowable bids.
How long do the auctions stay open?
Each auction will have an anticipated end date. If an auction has reached the anticipated end date without receiving the required amount of valid bids to close, then Auctions for Christ, at their sole discretion, will either extend the auction or close the auction. If an auction is closed early, all valid bid fees charged will be refunded to the participants active account.
Can I buy the items/services offered through Auctions for Christ without bidding?
No. All items are offered for sale ONLY to the bidder who submitted the valid lowest unique bid, and only for the amount of that valid lowest unique bid.
How will I know if I win?
Winners are notified by the e-mail contained in their user profile. If we are unsuccessful contacting you via your e-mail address, we will try the phone number and/or mailing address contained in your user profile.
How much does it cost to bid?
Each auction will have a different bid fee, determined before the auction listing.
How do I pay for a bid fee?
Each participant can purchase credits for their account using PAY PAL. You do not have to have an account with PAY PAL in order to use their service. You may pay via Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. Each credit is worth $1.00.
What is a FREE auction?
A free auction is an auction in which you use your free bid credits (which you can earn by referring friends and buying credits in bulk). Also, unlike paid auctions, the valid winning bidder does not have to pay the bid amount. They will simply receive the item!
What is a "Group Specific" Auction?
A group specific auction is an auction where the winner DOES NOT GET TO CHOOSE WHERE THE AUCTION DONATION GOES. The specific group will get the donation.
What organizations do you donate money to?
Any and all Christian organizations are eligible to receive a donation. The valid winning bidder will choose the organization. The organization could be a Church, Youth Group, Right to Life organization... ANYTHING you choose, as long as the organization glorifies the name Jesus Christ.
How much is shipping?
All products able to be shipped via UPS ground or other similar method are shipped free of charge. Auctions for Christ will ONLY ship to address listed in the users profile, and ONLY to addresses located in the United States of America. We will NOT ship outside of the United States of America. Some items can't be shipped, and will be required to be will called or the valid winning bidder will need to make arrangements on their own and at their own expense for transportation. Each auction will have its own shipping detail.
Can I cancel a bid once it has been placed?
No. All valid bids successfully submitted are final.
Can I return my unused bid credits?
No. All bid credits must be used to place bids on the Auctions for Christ web site.

Who is eligible to become a member and bid in an auction?
Any person 18 years of age or older who is a citizen of the United States of America, has an address located in the United States of America, has access to the internet, and has a credit card in their name.
How can I see my current bids or the status of auctions I have participated in?
Check the My Account section of our web site.
Can you see the other members bid?
No. All bids are blind until the auction successfully closes.
What about a warranty on the item(s) I win?
All items come with a manufactures warranty. Auctions for Christ accepts no liability or responsibility for defective products. Any defective products MUST be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Can I participate in more than one auction at a time?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of auctions you may participate in.
